Dr. Amanda Bergin
DVM & Owner
Dr. Bergin is a University of Minnesota School of Veterinary Medicine graduate who received Dean's Honor and was Summa cum laude of her class in 2014. Her veterinary interests include preventative care, nutrition, dentistry, ophthalmology, as well as surgery and anesthesia. She brings an enthusiastic attitude and modern approach to the practice, as well as great caring and compassion for all the clients she serves. Her hobbies include hunting, spending time outside with her family and her two dogs, Blaze and Bella.
Pat Feil
Veterinary Technician & Receptionist
Patti has been working at Town & Country since 1984. Patti has two horses and a pony that she loves to ride and has many adventures riding in the mountains. She has two dogs, and of course for those that know her they are terriers. She loves being outdoors spending time in her flower gardens and reading multiple books a week.
Ashley Gale
Veterinary Technician & Manager
Ashley grew up in the cities. She always knew she wanted to work with animals since she was a little girl and fed the dolphins in Orlando. She graduated from Argosy University with an Associates Degree in Veterinary Technician. She moved to Nevis in 2015 on a whim with her now husband. In 2020 they had a daughter named Livia. She has dogs and cats and enjoys feeding all the wildlife that comes into her yard. Ashley is a huge Disney fan and can’t wait to take her daughter there. Ashley enjoys watching her daughter discover all the new things life has to offer.
Katie Sanford
Groomer
Katie started working at Town and Country in 2002 as a kennel worker. She loved working here so much that after graduation from high school she decided to become a groomer. She started grooming in 2006 and has enjoyed her job every step of the way. She loves to spend time with her dogs, cats and chickens. She enjoys spending time outdoors in her garden/greenhouse, fishing, kayaking, hiking, four wheeling and her favorite, photography.
Danie Carnell
Veterinary Assistant
Danie was born and raised here in Park Rapids, MN. She graduated from Park Rapids High School in 2015. After graduating from high school, she learned how to groom dogs. She is very caring and compassionate when it comes to the care of animals. She has two dogs: Jenny and Tyson and a cat, Mildred. In her spare time aside from animals Danie enjoys fishing, crafts and spending time with friends and family.
Mariah Anderson
Veterinary Assistant
Mariah moved here from Moose Lake MN early summer of 2022. She worked in health care for 6 years before switching to vet med to follow her dream. She enjoys spending time with her senior lab Dallas. Together they do lots of hiking and playing fetch. She is currently going to school to get her Associates in Veterinary Technology.
Moriah Frame
Veterinary Technician
Moriah is a 2023 graduate from Ridgewater College with a degree in Veterinary Technology. She started as an intern with us over the summer and got hired on shortly after. She enjoys hunting and fishing, as well as many other outdoor activities. Moriah has known she wanted to be in the veterinary field from a young age and is interested in all sorts of creatures, big and small.

Got me and Psycho in within 20 minutes of calling. Took great care and a few hours later picked up. Psycho is back to greatness
(just ask him). He is now eating better food and losing a few extra lbs. Very happy with Town & Country Animal Clinic.
